How to place an order?
To place an order, please begin by clicking the Request Quotation button located on your selected product page.
You will be directed to a form where you will be asked to provide the necessary details, including the quantity required and any specific requirements. Once the form is completed, kindly submit it for processing.
Upon receipt of your request, our team will review the information and prepare a formal quotation tailored to your specifications. This quotation will be sent to your email address. Once you have received and reviewed the quotation, you may proceed with confirming your order based on the provided details.
Should you wish to request quotations for multiple products, you may repeat the process and submit a consolidated request.
How long does it take to produce orders?
For items in our inventory (on-hand stocks), the production lead time is 7-10 calendar days. If items are not in stock, we require a minimum of 10-14 calendar days for processing, except for import-based products or locally manufactured items, which may vary based on quantity and production requirements.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery for orders?
We utilize third-party couriers to deliver orders both within Metro Manila and nationwide. Within Metro Manila, we utilize services such as Lalamove or Grab for deliveries. The delivery fee is covered by the customer. For customers located in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, we engage cargo forwarders who accept freight collect for delivery fees.
